Kanzy Kids Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

Return Eligibility:
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us at Hello@kanzykids.com. Returns should be sent to our designated address in Dubai Marina. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send back your package. Please ensure you do not send items back without first obtaining a return authorization from us, as they will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Upon receiving your order, inspect it immediately. If any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exchanges:
To exchange an item, return the original item in accordance with our return policy, and once accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds:
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that bank or credit card companies may require additional time to post the refund.
